It is only about 4 minutes away from Schönhauser Arcade (Shopping Centre) by Car or only about 10 minutes with the Public Transport. The M2 Tram is only a minute walk away. The M13 Tram is only about a 5 minute walk minute away. Alexanderplatz is only about 13 minutes way with the M2 Tram or with car. Other information: The house is lovely and very well kept. The Apartment gets sunshine from mornings until evenings (unfortunately you can’t see the sunshine coming in through the windows in all these photos because of the weather as the photos were taken).
