A full and detailed training will be given to successful applicants and will cover such topics as:

• Identifying different types of shite
• Correct use of shovel so as to minimise physical injury
• Dealing with shite emergency callouts
• Customer service skills
• Cleaning shite off shoes
• Shite disposal methods
• The shite, the law and you

Upon completion of the course you will be issued with a FETAC Certificate in Shite Management which allows you to shovel shite within the national park. A Diploma course is also available which allows you to shovel shite in the rest of Ireland and Europe.
