Irish weather does not forgive a bad gutter. One blocked downpipe or a sagging run pulling away from the fascia, and you are looking at damp walls before Christmas. We have been sorting that out across Dublin for years, working out as far as Tallaght and back past the Ninth Lock Road most weeks.

Cast iron or modern aluminium, we handle both

Older Dublin houses, the ones with proper Victorian cast iron runs, need a different approach. We restore and match original profiles where we can. However, when the ironwork is beyond saving, we switch customers to aluminium seamless guttering. It handles the same load, lasts longer, and costs less to maintain. On the fascia side, colour matching matters more than people realise (we once spent twenty minutes in a car park comparing aluminium fascia capping swatches to a customer’s existing soffit boards, which is not the most glamorous part of the job). Get it wrong and the whole roofline looks patched.

Repairs and roofline work

We fix it properly. No short cuts. We realign. We re-pitch. We replace brackets. Soffit and fascia boards that are rotting get stripped and replaced with durable uPVC. The roofline should look clean when we leave.
