Repair or replace, here’s the honest answer

A lot of customers ring us expecting a full replacement when a targeted repair is all that’s needed. But some jobs go the other way. Patching a sagging run of gutter every couple of years costs more in the long run than pulling it off and starting fresh with a quality Marley system bedded in properly from the outset. We’ll tell you which is which, straight.

Water pooling behind a blocked or misaligned gutter will rot your fascia board faster than you’d think, and once the fascia goes, the soffit usually follows. We deal with that exact combination probably three times a week.

The leaf guard mesh insert retrofit is one of those things customers wish they’d asked about years earlier. Especially on south Dublin properties with mature trees overhead, it cuts out most of the maintenance call-outs entirely.
