What kind of work do you actually cover?

We handle the full run of rainwater management on residential properties. New installations, full replacements, repairs to existing systems that have started pulling away from the fascia or losing their fall. If a gutter union seal silicone failure has let water track back behind the board, that is the kind of thing we pick up early and fix properly.

What materials and profiles do you work with?

We work with uPVC, aluminium seamless runs, and cast iron where it needs restoring rather than ripping out.

Do you do fascia and soffit work as well?

Yes, and honestly (most people don’t realise how often a gutter problem starts with a rotten fascia board underneath it). We replace uPVC fascia and soffit boards, re-space brackets for correct fall, and install dry verge systems to close off open roof edges where wind and birds get in. It is one job, done together, rather than two separate call-outs.

Where do you work?

We are based in Kilternan and cover south County Dublin and surrounding areas, including the A94 routing corridor out through Foxrock and Cabinteely, as well as further into the foothills when the job requires it.
