A lot of customers come to us thinking they just need a new gutter run, and when we get up there the fascia board behind it is soft right through. We always check the full board condition before fixing anything to it.

Roofline trim full perimeter wrap is something we do on full replacements, making sure the finished line is clean from one gable to the other. The uPVC fascia and soffit boards we use are proper trade-grade stock, not the lightweight material you sometimes see fitted on quick jobs.

The Detail We Pay Attention To

Falls matter. A gutter sitting level looks fine from the ground, but water will pool and overflow before long. We set bracket spacing and fall angles to the manufacturer’s tolerances, typically a 1:600 fall ratio, so the system actually drains the way it should.

Worth mentioning.

We have connected rainwater systems to existing soakaways and surface gullies close to the Tolka corridor, and we understand what local ground drainage expects of a roofline system.
